RACE AROUND THE WORLD - FESTIVE ED.

Log into a virtual room, elect your "Santa Claus" and take on the role of Elves. Your goal is to run all night delivering toys to children in as many countries as possible before dawn breaks. Complete holiday themed challenges to earn carrots to make the reindeer fly. Elves can see the challenges but cannot enter the answers. Santas can post answers and take photos, but they don't know the challenges until they are led by the Elves. A bonus chest of carrots awaits the team that completes the ideal toy set. A countdown on each of the six continental stages keeps the pace: will you be the first?

AREAS OF LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

A format that allows those who work remotely to leave their roles, interact with colleagues and bond informally. The team starts planning despite the many unknowns, and takes an agile approach as the game unfolds. An inquiring mind, creative thinking, and keen investigative skills are required to gather information and coordinate actions. The game design encourages the whole team to engage in active listening and clear and concise communication; this leads the participants to hone their communication skills at a distance.
